Palm Oil Process

Palm Oil Processing

Palm oil is extracted from the fruit of the oil palm tree, primarily grown in tropical regions. The process begins with harvesting ripe palm fruit bunches, followed by sterilization and stripping to separate the fruit. The fruit is then pressed to extract crude palm oil, which is clarified and refined for use in food, cosmetics, and biofuels. Sustainable practices are increasingly adopted to reduce environmental impact and to support the local communities.

Our palm oil refining process improves crude palm oil by removing impurities, odors, and unwanted substances. Through degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization, we produce high-quality refined palm oil suitable for food, cosmetics, and industrial use—ensuring purity, stability, and long shelf life.
